The founder of the botanic garden of Bogota is a botanic scientist named Enrique Perez Arbalaez, he was born on the 1st of march on the year 1869, and he founded the Botanic garden on the 6th of agust of the year 1955.

The botanic garden is based on 3 ecosystems of the savanna of Bogotà, those ones are:

-Hills 

-Moors

The Botanic Garden has some functions.
